Yes, you read right... skinny lasagna. I have this fabulous book that is full of really yummy recipes that are low in calorie, high in taste. Today I decided to try and make one so that there would be yummy lunches or dinners for the week. You'll have to buy the book to get the recipe, but I am here to tell you that it is very tasty and it makes about 12 servings that are listed for 337 calories... can't be all that bad, right?! So match that with a little green salad and a low fat garlic bread (I use 100 calorie sandwich rounds with a light spreading of real butter and garlic)and you have an amazing meal for about 500 calories total!
